Our 2 year scheme is for graduates who want to forge a career with a leading Cider & Beer business. You’ll be given real responsibility from day one, and will gain a great insight into the HEINEKEN business. We operate UK wide therefore you must be willing travel to our different locations.
Bring your skills, talent and personality and help us to make HEINEKEN an even greater place to work.
The HEINEKEN in the UK Graduate Programme 2013 is now closed for applications.
Applications for next year's Programme will re-open in early 2014.
International Graduate Programme
Our 18-month International Graduate Programme (IGP) gives you the opportunity to work around the world and make an impact from day one. Our aim is to develop internationally-minded individuals with the potential and capability to become HEINEKEN’s future leaders.
In the IGP you will enjoy responsibility, development opportunities, travel, formal training, coaching and a working environment that stimulates you intellectually and rewards high performance. We also encourage teamwork; and that includes congratulating each other with a social beer for a job well done – enjoyed responsibly of course.
The IGP starts in September each year and applications are accepted starting December.
What you can expect on the IGP
You will specialise in either Commerce, Corporate Relations, Finance, Human Resources, GIS (IT), Procurement and Supply Chain.
You will go through a one week induction programme, followed by three international placements each lasting six months.
Ours is a highly competitive industry, so you need to be motivated, adventurous, and ready to prove yourself. You also need to take a collaborative approach, as our success worldwide is very much a team effort. In return, we will prepare you for a career that could eventually see you becoming one of our leaders of tomorrow.
