HEINEKEN in the UK has participated in Business in the Community Corporate Responsibility Index (CRI) for a number of years. We believe completing the CRI is an invaluable way to assess how well our strategy is integrated into our business. The Index considers four main areas; community, environment, workplace and marketplace.
The CRI gives us a benchmark to evaluate management practices and performance in a range of environmental and social impact areas as well as identify where and how we can make improvements.
