Iconic characters Brad and Dan have appeared in their final advert for Foster’s, bringing to an end the company’s long-running, award-winning ‘Good Call’ campaign. Brad and Dan will say their goodbyes in an all-new 40 second TV spot, first premiering on Channel 4 before The Alan Carr Show on Friday 15 May. The advert will run for four weeks across a number of channels.


The TV spots see the advisory Aussie mates packing up their bags in preparation for embarking on new married lives with their fiancées Dawn and Matilda. The pals reflect on their times helping men across the world, before getting out of there before the phone bill arrives – the advert ending on the line “Hooroo”. To wave goodbye to Brad and Dan ahead of its next adventure, Foster’s will be hosting a one-month long charity eBay auction of all of the pair’s favourite items from 18 May, including the friends’ sofa and their infamous Paddle of Rebuke. The auction will be introduced via a special one-off 20 second video also featuring Brad & Dan.


There will also be a physical auction space at Udderbelly festival South Bank for one week only, with all activity in support of military charity Surf Action.
