COVID-19 A MESSAGE FROM SIMON AMOR, MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEINEKEN UK

We’re living in extraordinary times. In the past few months, every one of us has drastically changed our day-to-day lives to help to stop the spread of COVID-19. At HEINEKEN UK, this meant huge changes for our colleagues, our pubs, our customers and our consumers.
Since the beginning of this crisis, our top priority has always been is the safety, health and wellbeing of all of our colleagues. Our office-based colleagues are continuing to work from home. Our production colleagues, who’ve been coming into our production sites throughout the crisis, are working under the strictest hygiene, safety and social distancing protocols.
We’ve been supporting our 2,500 Star Pubs & Bars through the closure and subsequent re-opening of pubs throughout the UK. Initially, when pubs closed, we introduced rent concessions and now we’re working closely with our pubs to ensure they’re able to open and operate safely.
We’re working round the clock to make sure our wider customer base, the pubs, bars and restaurants of the UK, are supported. Of course, we’ll continue to monitor and adjust our help, support and response.
