Graduate Leadership & Apprenticeship Programmes

Do you have what it takes to be a leader at HEINEKEN?

Our Graduate programmes are highly competitive with even higher expectations for those that make it through the selection process.

We use a self-directed 70:20:10 learning philosophy, where 70% of learning is derived from ‘on-the-job’ experiences, 20% through relationships and feedback and the remaining 10% is delivered by formal training programmes.

Your passion for knowledge and adventure have taken you this far but now it is up to you to take advantage of what HEINEKEN offers and start your journey with the UK’s leading and largest Cider, Beer and Pubs Business.

Placements commence September 2018.

Our 24 month bespoke Programme will develop your skills and build on your strengths.

Your development throughout the programme will be varied, with the opportunity to rotate across a number of departments to ensure you understand our key processes.

If you have a degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or food science and technology, and worked during your studies with passion, drive and determination, then we think you’re ready for the next big step.
