Inch’s Cloudy Cider, proudly made in Herefordshire using British apples, has been named Product of the Year 2026 in the cider category, one of the UK’s most prestigious consumer-voted awards for product innovation.
Launched in March 2025, Inch’s Cloudy plays a key role in the rapid growth of the Inch’s brand, which is now one of the fastest-growing cider brands in the UK. Inch’s Cloudy has won over drinkers with its refreshing apple taste and strong local credentials. The cider is made using British apples, the vast majority1 of which are grown within 40 miles of the Herefordshire mill, reinforcing the brand’s deep roots with its home county.
Available nationwide in 4x440ml and 10x440ml multipacks, Inch’s Cloudy combines modern taste with more than 100 years of Herefordshire cider making heritage, drawing on generations of expertise to create a cider that resonates with today’s consumers.
The Product of the Year award is based on independent research of 8000 people by Kantar, making the win a powerful endorsement of both quality and innovation.
Max Wainwright, Cider Brand Director at owners HEINEKEN UK, says: “This award is a huge testament to the skill, passion and dedication of our expert cider makers here in Herefordshire. To be recognised by cider lovers so soon after launch is incredibly special, and it reflects not only the quality of Inch’s Cloudy, but also the strength of British apples and Herefordshire cider-making.”
Inch’s is part of HEINEKEN UK’s cider portfolio and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability and supporting British agriculture, while celebrating the regions that have shaped the UK’s cider heritage.
