With 2,350 pubs across the country, our love of pubs runs deep.
From a quiet pint to a special celebration, or from Sunday lunch to a spot of karaoke, pubs provide a home away from home and are a beloved part of the nation’s culture. We believe that a well-invested pub estate, run by innovative, passionate and experienced operators, keeps our pubs at the heart of local communities, where they bring people together from all walks of life.
We’re raising the bar for the great British pub, investing £44.5m in upgrading and reopening pubs in 2026 and continuing to demonstrate our confidence in the resilience of the great British local. The investment will create over 850 new jobs.
The investment will go towards improving 647 pubs across the country. Our pubs are at the heart of local communities, and we're proud to continue supporting them and helping them thrive. These investments aren’t just about creating nicer pubs, they’re about giving our customers a better experience, generating better returns for licensees and ensuring our pubs benefit most from the change in spending habits.
